Cilantro Chutney – our lunchbox recipe wagon presents a hot lunch you can take to work or school. Our recipes are quick, easy and less than 30 minutes to cook. Cook our recipes the night before, refrigerate and reheat the next day. Or, on the other hand, you can cook our meals and freeze them for next week’s lunch. Our special today is Cilantro Chutney
LUNCHBOX RECIPE WAGON: Cilantro Chutney
2 bunches cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
2 chopped chilies
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until the mixture forms a thick, coarse paste. Transfer the chutney to an airtight container. Refrigerate up to 4 days.

You can carry your hot lunch in a heated lunch tote.
