6 ounces boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 small zucchini, sliced
¼ cup low-calorie at Italian dressing
1 small red bell pepper, cut into squares
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 small onion, cut into chunks
¼ teaspoon seasoning salt
1 cup hot cooked rice
1 small yellow squash gas sliced
1 tablespoon snipped parsley fresh parsley
Combine beef and vegetables in large plastic food bag with zippered closing. Add dressing and marinate 4 to 6 hours in refrigerator.
Remove beef and vegetables for marinated; heat reserved marinate to a boil. Alternatively, thread beef and vegetables onto four skewers.
Grill all boil kebabs turning and basting with marinade, 5 to 7 minutes or to desired done. Combine rice and we are meeting ingredients. Serve kebabs over rice mixture.
