LOW CHOLESTEROL RECIPE :  Beef Kabobs over Lemon Rice

Our low cholesterol, low fat, low calorie recipe presents a meal you can take to work or to school.  Our recipes are quick, easy and less than 30 minutes to cook.  Cook our recipes the night before, refrigerate and pack for the next day.  Or, on the other hand, you can make our meals and freeze them for next week.  Our special today is Beef Kebab over Lemon Rice

6 ounces boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch cubes

1 small zucchini, sliced

¼ cup low-calorie at Italian dressing

1 small red bell pepper, cut into squares

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1 small onion, cut into chunks

¼ teaspoon seasoning salt

1 cup hot cooked rice

1 small yellow squash gas sliced

1 tablespoon snipped  parsley fresh parsley

Combine beef and vegetables in large plastic food bag with zippered closing. Add dressing and marinate 4 to 6 hours in refrigerator.

Remove beef and vegetables for marinated; heat reserved marinate to a boil. Alternatively, thread beef and vegetables onto four skewers.

Grill all boil kebabs turning and basting with marinade, 5 to 7 minutes or to desired done. Combine rice and we are meeting ingredients. Serve kebabs over rice mixture.
