30-DAY RETURN POLICY AND PAYMENT METHODS   IMPORTANT:
You must e-mail Warm & Tote and secure a Return Auth. # PRIOR TO shipping any returns.
Placing an order online acknowledges your full acceptance and understanding of these policies.  
Our 30-Day Return Policy If Product Defective:
Warm & Tote accepts a return on any defective Warm & Tote® item. The item is inspected by Warm & Tote upon return.   If determined a “manufacturing” defect, we will replace the item if desired or credit your original credit card for the full purchase price, including freight.  When you return any item, we require you to bear shipping cost back to us.   WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN SHIP (or Call-Tag) ship labels. We will, however, cover the re-shipping cost of a replacement item back to you.  If Product NOT Defective:
Due to US Dept. of Health restrictions, for obvious sanitary reasons, the Warm & Tote® LYNAY Bags™, once opened and used, may not be returned for refund
.  If “never used” and in NEW condition,  total purchase price credit will be given(less a $10.00 re-stocking charge).   ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS   THREE CONVENIENT METHODS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED 1. ) Major Credit Cards – Warm & Tote accepts secure payment with your American Express, Visa or MasterCard as well as PayPal® at check-out on our 100% secure shopping cart.
 
Please be sure to provide your exact shipping address, billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.  The name that will show on your credit card statement is “Page Enterprise”. 2.) Pay By PayPal –  (Checks and all major cards accepted using this method)
