Our 30-Day Return Policy If Product Defective: Warm & Tote /LYNAY Bag accepts a return on any defective Warm & Tote® /LYNAY Bag item. The item is inspected by Warm & Tote upon return. If determined a “manufacturing” defect, we will replace the item if desired or credit your original credit card for the full purchase price, including freight. When you return any item, we require you to bear shipping cost back to us. WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN SHIP (or Call-Tag) ship labels. We will, however, cover the re-shipping cost of a replacement item back to you. If Product NOT Defective: Due to US Dept. of Health restrictions, for obvious sanitary reasons, the Warm & Tote® LYNAY Bags™, once opened and used, may not be returned for refund. If “never used” and in NEW condition, total purchase price credit will be given(less a $10.00 re-stocking charge).
