Hot Artichoke Dip– Our summer lunch recipe wagon presents a summer meal  you can take to work or camp, or the beach.  Our recipes are quick, easy and less than 30 minutes to make.  Make our recipes the night before, refrigerate and pack for the next day.  Or, on the other hand, you can make our meals and freeze them for next week.  Our special today is Hot Artichoke Dip
SUMMER RECIPE WAGON: Hot Artichoke Dip
One 9 oz package frozen artichoke
½ cup plain yogurt
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
Hot Artichoke Dip
Preheat oven to 350
Chop artichokes, (thawed and drained)
Place in a bowl and add yogurt, grated parmesan cheese and mayonnaise and mix well.
Spoon mixture into a casserole and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 30 minutes. Serve cold.  Pack in a Legend 10 hour cooler for a dip to go.
