4 Chicken breast half with wings (about 3 pounds)

1/3 cup

2 honey tablespoons orange juice

1/3 cup apricot preserves

1 tablespoons lemon juice

2 navel oranges

1 teaspoon ground Ginger

Pinch salt

Watercress sprigs (optional)
