Beef and Broccoli
½ cup A1 steak sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pound top round steak, finley sliced
¼ cup soy sauce
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli, red bell peppers, bamboo shoots and mushrooms thawed
Hot cooked rice (optional)

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, and steak sauce pour marinade over steak in non-metal dish. Cover; refrigerate one hour, stirring intermittently.
Take steak out of marinade; save marinade. In large delicately oiled pan, over moderate heat stir fry a few minutes or until steak is not pink. Remove steak with spoon; remain warm
In same skillet, heat vegetables and saved marinade to a boil; lower heat to low cover; simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in steak. Serve over rice, if desired
