Pizza Pita Triangles
If you prefer to make Cover and refrigerate them before they are cooked then bake just before serving.
24 2 inch mushrooms (about 1 pound)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon (1/4 stick) butter or margarine
3 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
1/3 cup package plain breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (1/2 cup)

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Sliced mushrooms, cut pepperoni into match- stick size strips. Thinly slice onion and separate the rings.
Using a sharp knife, carefully cut each pizza bread around the edges to split it into two layers. Place the pita halves, cut side up, on a ungreased baking sheet. Scatter an equal amount of the mushrooms, onion, basil, and pepperoni over the pita halves. Sprinkle them with the grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake until the cheese is melted, 10 to 12 minutes. Cut each pita into four wedges.
