Chicken Tostadas

Chicken Tostadas– Our summer lunch recipe wagon presents a summer meal  you can take to work or camp, or the beach.  Our recipes are quick, easy and less than 30 minutes to make.  Make our recipes the night before, refrigerate and pack for the next day.  Or, on the other hand, you can make our meals and freeze them for next week.  Our special today is Chicken Tostadas

SUMMER RECIPE WAGON: Chicken Tostadas

1 Roasted Chicken

One 16 oz can refried beans

1 cup prepared tomato salsa

8 tostada shells

Shredded lettuce

Avocado slices

Sour cream

Shred the meat. In a small saucepan heat the refried beans until hot. In a medium sized saucepan heat chicken and salsa until hot On each of the tostado shells spread one eighth of the refried beans .  Top with one eight of the shredded chicken mixture.  Garnish with lettuce avocado and sour cream.
