Warm and Tote was established in 1997 by  a team of educators, Glenn and Linda Page.  Glenn, a middle school science teacher, embraced the science of thermal dynamics and harnessed the concept of “temperature control” for carrying hot or cold meals portably. In 1998 they were granted a U.S. patent for a portable “heated lunch tote” . 

The heated lunch tote concept was born out of a dire need to help parents of children with autism. Our product allowed parents to provide their kids with warm meals, or just their favorite meals, while away from home.  This created a smooth transition from home to school for children who had difficulty with change. The word spread among school parents who also discovered that their kids wanted more than just a sandwich for lunch.  Warm and Tote has been manufacturing “heated lunch totes” for 27 years.

 The LYNAY Bag Collection is an evolution of the heated lunch tote. It is designed for the busy mom who wears so many hats, meals many times, must be on the go. The LYNAY bag provides convenience in carrying hot or cold meals portably for work, driving kids to after school activities, travel, road trips, or en-route to a conference or unexpected late meetings.
