Tandoori Chicken Bites – hot lunch recipe wagon presents a hot lunch you can take to work or school. Our recipes are quick, easy and less than 30 minutes to cook. Cook our recipes the night before, refrigerate and reheat the next day. Or, on the other hand, you can cook our meals and freeze them for next week’s lunch. Our special today is Tandoori Chicken Bites
In India, these would be cooked in tandoor, a clay oven with a rounded side and charcoal at the bottom. The meat prepared in tandoor is generally moist and tender and has a special earthy aroma. In an ordinary domestic kitchen, however these remain equally moist cooked in the oven, under a broiler, or on a barbecue.
